The Sarrià basket, whose shapes recall those of a crumpled sheet of paper, has the informal language that characterizes the objects designed by Lluís Clotet for Alessi. The Catalan architect belongs to that group of designers who try to contradict the perfection of form, understood as distant from the thought and hand of man: Sarrià has a language made of tormented surfaces, full of unpredictable reflections that offer an ever-changing vision of the basket.
