    1. How can I create a personal account?

    To create an account click on myaccount at the top right of the homepage. A page will open: click on create account and enter your details in the form.
    You will need to enter the following information: name, surname, email address and personal password. You can change your personal information at any time. This information is confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.

    2. I forgot my password. What can I do?

    If you have lost your password, click on myaccount . In the new window click on reset your password at the bottom and follow the instructions. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

    3. Is Casa Design an official reseller?

    Casa Design is an authorized reseller of all the companies present online and in our stores in Campania. Casa Design stores have authentic products from the most important companies in the furniture sector.

    4. How do I place an order?

    Choose the product you want to purchase, add it to the cart and decide whether to continue shopping or go to checkout immediately. Here you will find the complete guide to purchasing on Casa Design Shop.

    5. What are the payment methods?

    The following payment methods are available: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,  Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. You can also use Casa Design gift vouchers to purchase on the Online Shop.

    Note: You can split the payment between one of the accepted credit or debit cards and a Casa Design Gift Card but you cannot split the payment between multiple cards.

    6. Are out-of-stock items restocked?

    Casa Design must refer to the actual assortment of the companies we resell and the availability of the items in all our warehouses and shops. However, if a product, or a variant (size, colour) is no longer available, we invite you to contact us on our dedicated page. In this way, where possible, we will make the product available again.

    7. When will I receive my order?

    The waiting time is related to the availability of the products in our warehouses. The delivery of products available in stock is carried out via express courier within 2-3 working days in Italy, within 5-6 working days in Europe and other destinations. For products that are not available and therefore need to be ordered, delivery is expected 4/5 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

    8. Is it possible to cancel an order?

    Cancellation can only be requested for orders not yet processed and within 24 hours of purchase

    9. How can I make a return?

    You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. You can choose whether to be refunded, exchange the product or receive a gift voucher that can be spent within one year on casadesignshop.org or in one of our showrooms.

    10. What should I do if I receive a defective item?

    In the event that you receive a defective item, we invite you to send an email to info@casadesignshop.org specifying the order number, the item code and attaching photos through which any defects can be analysed. By doing so we will inform you of the simple procedures to follow to replace your product.

    Please note that items which have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidentally or through misuse, will not be considered faulty. Furthermore, specific products whose nature of processing can generate slight irregularities near the decorations, distinctive signs of the high-temperature casting process or otherwise which guarantee their craftsmanship. They cannot be contested.

    11. Do you offer a product assembly service?

    The assembly service is not provided however we invite you to contact our customer service. Specific products, in certain areas of Italy, can take advantage of this service. Find out which ones by emailing info@casadesignshop.org

    12. What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping methods and costs vary depending on the country of delivery. You can find all the information in the shipping section.

    13. When will I receive my refund?

    Returns: As soon as we receive your return at our warehouses and the items have been verified, we will process the refund and you will receive a confirmation email.
    Canceled orders: The refund will be made as soon as you receive our confirmation email.
    It may take at least ten days for the refund to be credited to your account due to banking times.

    14. Can I make purchases from mobile?

    Absolutely yes, it is possible to browse our website casadesignshop.org in its mobile-optimized version.

    15. Is there a physical showroom besides the online shop?

    The Shop is one of the services offered by the Casa Design company located in Campania, Italy. You can come and visit us at one of our showrooms located in Naples, Portici, Pomigliano and Caserta.
