Gobbalunga, a re-edition of the iconic seat by Giovanni Levanti (2007), returns to the Salone del Mobile 2023 with the attempt to move away from the dogma of the traditional sofa and its passive state, seeking the unexpected encounter between surprise and innovation, amazement and comfort.
With a new shape and a strong narrative component, Gobbalunga continues to show its absolute contemporaneity, citing the classic armchair which however ends with a soft disjointed tail. When it is elongated, it invites relaxation, when it is curved on itself, it creates a microenvironment that encourages conversation. Then, on the tail, you can sit and relax.
