"Port" basket - Alessi
The Port basket is designed by Lluis Clotet, a designer active mainly in architecture but author of interesting objects for the home. Fascinated by the whimsical ripples of a silver paper tray, he reproduced the effect in this basket whose edge, which seems almost wrinkled, is obtained through a single operation with the complex cold molding technique.
