There Chester Moon armchair by Baxter is a splendid example of a tufted armchair Designed by Paola Navone , which is part of a collection of upholstered furniture with hand-made capitonné workmanship. It has a fir plywood structure and a wenge-stained beech base. The padding is made of expanded polyurethane, while the springing is obtained with intertwined elastic ribbons of coated rubber. The chiaroscuro originating from the capitonnè workmanship and the soft lines make Chester Moon a modern and unusual piece of furniture and design.
