Seasons is an interpretation of functional cuisine and a different idea of a serving dish, inspired by nature and technology, through the cultural lens of Japan. Like a leaf, each plate is flexible and lends itself to different uses, each according to its own shape, with the ability, once stacked, to create a sculptural display.
NB They can be put in the oven at 220°, in the dishwasher, in the freezer and in the microwave.
