Bark recalls the bark of a tree. The fretwork recalls the knots of wood, the concave and elongated shape suggests the structure of the trunk. The Bark collection is inspired by Casa Bouquillon in Tuscany, an experimental space, where the two designers live and work in total contact with nature.
Designed by Michael Boucquillon and Donia Maaoui, the Bark collection - from the English word bark - draws inspiration from the trees that surround the home of the two designers: a place of experimentation, meditation and work where you can live in symbiosis with nature. For those who appreciate coffee prepared by infusion, the collection offers a press-filter coffee maker with which to obtain a drink with an intense and particular flavour.
